IN A HOMESCOUTING ADVENTURE
In March of 2020, the Buckeye Council, Boy Scouts of America in Canton, OH created HomeScouting. HomeScouting is designed to continue supporting kids, units, and leaders to continue their Scouting adventure during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
HomeScouting launched with its six-week Spring BreakOut Program and has evolved to serve over 13,000 youth and their families in all 50 states and across the world in 5 countries.
Recent HomeScouting programs like Cyber Summer Camp and Survive the Summer have helped thousands of kids stay connected to their Scouting adventures and earn advancements and awards. This summer, Cyber Summer Camp delivered an exciting STEM-based adventure featuring live webinars with NASA engineers. Then, we put the Outing Back In Scouting with Survive the Summer, helping kids develop survival skills for wilderness and the modern world.
Now with the launch of the HomeScouting Adventure Club, or HAC for short, you'll be able to continue bringing Scouting to life in your living room and backyard through monthly resources and tools. Learn More about past HomeScouting Adventures.

Each month will have a theme with connected advancements. With enough work, each Scout can earn up to 1 Cub Scout Adventure or 1 merit badge on a monthly basis.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
All HomeScouting Adventures are just that: an at-home Scouting adventure to have as a family! Scouting has always been a program that can take place at home as a family, so each month's theme and content will feature items for everyone!
FLEXIBLE & EASY TO USE
All HomeScouting programs are on demand adventures. You can move through the program at your own pace and on your own time. There are no scheduled Zoom meetings and no deadlines. If you subscribe to the HomeScouting Adventure Club, content will expire 60 days after it is published to give you two months to complete any specific at home adventure.
All HomeScouting Adventures come with easy to use printable tracking tools and simple worksheets to guide you through your adventures. We are committed to providing as much content as you want. If you want to learn about the in-depth details about a certain subject, we've got you covered! If you want to learn the basics, we've got that covered too!
